Onno Kosters writes poems about Graz
The Dutch poet Onno Kosters resided in the Austrian city Graz for two weeks in the autumn of 2011. His stay resulted in his citybook Zwaartekracht en tegenwicht, a series of poems. Kosters did not only get his inspiration from the city, but also from lyrics of the band Franz Ferdinand. Zwaartekracht en tegenwicht can be now be read and downloaded as an e-book in the original Dutch version. The translation into English, French and German will be published online soon.
By now Kosters is an experienced citybooksauthor - he stayed in Utrecht before, where he wrote the citybook All and Nothing. During his second residency in Graz he read the poems he wrote in Utrecht, and an Austrian actor read the German translation. You can watch some video's of this evening here.
