Read the associative series of poems Rowers on Lake Aa by Erik Lindner in the original Dutch version, in the German or English translation, or listen how the man himself reads out his poem.

Alida Bremer was In Search of Water. Read up on her quest in German, Dutch or English.

Sofie Knijff made a contemporary tableau of people of Münster, based on the portraits of nobility in the ‘Friedenssaal’ (Peace Hall) of the City Hall. Look at the whole series.

citybooks Karlsruhe

We sent the three poets Maarten van der Graaff, Els Moors, Monika Rinck and the Portuguese photographer João Tabarra to Karlsruhe.

Monika Rinck’s series of poems Karlsruhe Reversible Image, September 2016 can be read in the original, German version, or in the Dutch or English translation.

João Tabarra captured the city in one of the most unconventional photo series of citybooks. View his exciting series '24 failed attempts to 'build' a postcard' and then read about João Tabarra’s intention underlying his series.
